Shira Robkin grew up in Dallas, Texas, and has been part of the NCSY world since graduating high school. After spending two incredible years learning in Israel and then two more in New York, attending Touro University in Manhattan, she was ready to come back home and make an impact in the community that raised her.

NCSY has been a constant throughout her journey—from advising on local Shabbatons to joining the national marketing team and beyond.

These days, Shira works on the JSU National Project Management team, helping coordinate major events and programs across the country. She also handles Summer recruitment for Southwest NCSY, helping teens find experiences that are meaningful, exciting, and life-changing (AKA the best summer ever!). Whether she’s managing logistics or having a late-night schmooze at a Shabbaton, Shira brings passion, energy, and heart to everything she does.
